Like most B2B fragrance suppliers, we don’t publish Lattafa wholesale prices to the general public — you’ll need a free trade account to see them. This isn’t unusual in wholesale: it keeps trade pricing from being visible to end consumers and competitors who aren’t buying in bulk. Once your account is approved, full pricing across the Lattafa range is visible on every product page, and a WhatsApp or phone line is available if you’d rather get a quick answer on a specific SKU before ordering.
Minimum order quantities
Our minimum order structure for Lattafa (and every brand we carry) is 4 pieces per fragrance, with a 24-piece total minimum per order. In practice, that means a first order could look like 6 different Lattafa fragrances at 4 pieces each — a sensible way to test which lines move fastest in your specific market before committing more heavily to any single scent.
What you need to open a trade account
Opening an account takes company details and a valid tax/VAT ID (USt-IdNr for German businesses), plus a shipping address. Approval isn’t automatic — accounts are reviewed to confirm they belong to an actual retail or resale business, which is standard practice across the wholesale fragrance industry and helps keep trade pricing meaningful for everyone using it.
Payment and delivery
Payment is taken upfront by bank transfer once an order is placed; we don’t currently offer other payment methods for wholesale orders. Free cancellation is available any time before an invoice is issued — after that point, orders are locked in. For delivery, orders within Germany ship free above €1,000, or at €15 per 25kg below that threshold; orders elsewhere in the EU ship at €25 per 25kg. Once payment clears, most orders leave our Neuss warehouse within around two business days.
A note on returns
As with virtually every fragrance and cosmetics wholesaler, returns and exchanges aren’t accepted once stock has shipped — this is a hygiene-driven industry standard, not a policy specific to us.
